Randy Bryan Moore is a Richmond-based musician, producer, and social worker whose work bridges art, advocacy, and storytelling. With a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, his career spans national and state policy roles focused on youth mental health, education, and social justice. He has led legislative campaigns, trained advocates, and worked directly with lawmakers to advance policies improving the lives of children and families.
At the same time, Randy is an independent musician and audio producer. His songs draw from Appalachian and Southern roots, blending folk storytelling with experimental sound design. In his studio practice, he offers mixing, mastering, and podcast production services, bringing the same empathy and attention to detail that shape his advocacy.
Whether behind the console or at the Capitol, Randy’s work comes from the same impulse—to connect people through honesty, care, and creative expression.
