Do you travel outside Richmond?
Yes. Share the venue and date so travel time, scheduling, and any added cost can be discussed clearly.
Can we request specific songs?
Yes. Send the most important requests early. Randy will confirm which songs can be arranged effectively and will never promise a piece before reviewing it.
Does the venue need to provide a piano?
A well-maintained venue piano can be ideal. If one is not available, describe the room and power/access situation so the appropriate setup can be discussed.
Can you play both a ceremony and cocktail hour?
Often, yes. Include the full schedule, locations within the venue, and transition time in your inquiry.
How far ahead should we ask?
As soon as the date and venue are known. Short-notice inquiries are welcome when the calendar allows.
